1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or purchasing access to BarCode Bootcamp, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform or purchase any access.

2. Description of Service

BarCode Bootcamp provides live interactive bar exam preparation sessions, session recordings, community access, and related educational materials. Access is available through two plans: All Access (full bootcamp access) and Single Session Access (individual session access). We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase access to BarCode Bootcamp. By registering, you represent that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

4. Payment

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By completing a purchase, you authorize us to charge the applicable fee to your selected payment method. All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. We do not store your full payment card information on our servers.

5. Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident enrolling in BarCode Bootcamp. Our refund policy is straightforward:

• Before bootcamp starts: Full refunds are available at any time up until the first day of the bootcamp session you enrolled in. To request a refund, contact us at team@barcodebootcamp.live.
• After bootcamp starts: Once the bootcamp has begun, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, regardless of attendance or participation.

Single Session Access purchases follow the same policy — sessions are refundable before the bootcamp begins and non-refundable once it has started.

6. Access and License

Upon purchase, you are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access the course materials for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not share, resell, redistribute, or reproduce any part of the course content without prior written permission.

7. Community Standards

By participating in the BarCode Bootcamp community (live sessions, community feed, messaging), you agree to treat all participants with respect. We reserve the right to remove any user who engages in harassment, hate speech, or conduct that disrupts the learning environment, without refund.

8. Intellectual Property

All course content, including videos, materials, frameworks, and visuals, is the intellectual property of BarCode Bootcamp. Unauthorized recording, distribution, or reproduction of any session or material is strictly prohibited.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

BarCode Bootcamp provides educational content to help you prepare for the bar exam. We do not guarantee that use of our platform will result in passing the bar exam. All content is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BarCode Bootcamp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or inability to pass the bar exam. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for access.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We will notify enrolled students of material changes via email.
